Shipping Policy

All deliveries are performed by third-party carriers and not PaverStock. The freight company may contact you about arranging your delivery services which may include status updates by automated phone call, email and/or text message. Products will arrive on a wooden pallet, which can be 4’ x 4’ or larger and each one can weigh up to 2,750/lbs. A forklift & pallet jack (unless Flatbed) is required to offload all deliveries and must be onsite and be ready to offload as soon as truck arrives. 

In the event of receiving any damaged products, a claim must be made with the freight company as soon as possible. Take pictures of any damage and be sure to notify the driver, if still present, so they can document it too. We will also assist any way possible. The tile industry generally considers a small amount of breakage during transit to be within acceptable limits, often around 2-5%.  

 

Should any of the conditions below apply to your delivery destination, you will need to contact Customer Care within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing: pavers@paverstock.com

  • Located in a gated community

  • Does not allow semi-trailer access

  • Does not have a turnaround for a semi-trailer

  • Has low hanging power lines and/or trees
     

 We're unable to ship items to: AK, GU, HI, PR, VI, or foreign countries.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final, No refunds or exchanges will be issued, and purchases are non-refundable.
