*Receiving customer MUST have forklift or skid steer with forks & pallet jack onsite & ready to offload.
 

In the event that a standard semi van trailer cannot make it into the final delivery address or there is no room to offload, then you can request delivery on a flatbed truck for an upcharge. This can be anywhere from $350 to $1,650 depending on your geographical location. Please let us know in advance and prior to placing online order.

​Additional shipping charges may apply for hard to reach areas. You will be notified of these charges and payment must be received prior to your delivery. We do not ship to the following areas: AK, HI, PR or the US Virgin Islands.

All orders ship from the Tennessee factory usually within 3-5 days of receiving payment. 

The tile industry generally considers a small amount of breakage during transit to be within acceptable limits, often around 2-5%. In the event of receiving any damaged products, a claim must be made with the freight company as soon as possible. Take pictures of any damage and be sure to notify the driver, if still present, so they can document it too. We will also assist any way possible.
